Above is the Hazardous Weather Plan for the Madison location.
Each research unit has exigency employees for emergency and/or hazardous weather conditions. Exigency employees must report to, or remain on work site, regardless of extreme weather or other emergency conditions. They are responsible for essential duties such as watering plants in the greenhouse.
As detailed in the Hazardous Weather Dismissal Plan, the Madison location will be closed if the Madison Public Schools close due to emergency weather conditions. The location limits its closures to conditions that affects road travel, and does not apply to other closures by the Public School Systems.
Question: What happens when Madison Public Schools are not in session (i.e. during scheduled school holidays)? How do we know if the Madison location will be closed?

Question: What if I don't have access to a computer at home (or wherever I might be)?
Answer: You need to make arrangements with someone in your research unit who does.
