If you have non-federal people working in your lab, the Affiliate Information Form must be completed and submitted to Kim for approval.

All Federal and Non-Federal employees are required to complete the Information Security Awareness training yearly and test to access federal computers.

ALL VCRU employees (federal and non-federal) are required to complete the training no later than March 31, 2019.

• Federal employees – you will access the training in AgLearn. Completion of training is recorded in AgLearn.
• Non-Federal employees - you will access the training at http://deliver.courseavenue.com/Login/usda, create an account, and complete the training and test. Email a pdf of your completed certificate to mlit@usda.gov, copy your supervisor and Kim.
