    1. Make sure you REPLY ALL to any emails we send to you so that they come back to the individual working your ticket as well as the ticketing system.
    2. Avoid choosing any “Installation” options when creating the ticket, instead choose “Outage/Issue”. For whatever reason, the installation option assumes there will be money involved and it will forward the ticket to your supervisor for approval, wasting their time and delaying your ticket. Understandably, many have chosen this installation option for printers etc. so wanted to pass this along. FYI the Request Type is what comes up after first choosing one of the 12 bundled items to begin your ticket creation.
