INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS OR POSTERS
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be included in the Conference Proceedings. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is June 30, 2015. An author must be registered and attend the conference for abstracts to be accepted in the final program.
Prepare abstracts using the format outlined below. Abstract text should be single-spaced and no more than 400 words.
Electronic submission of abstracts via email is required.

Please send abstracts to Kevin Vander Kooi at kvander@uoguelph.ca as a MS Word document (not pdfs). Please submit each abstract separately.

• Title: Times New Roman Bold 14 point
• Authors: Times New Roman 12 point, underline presenting author
• Authors' affiliations: Times New Roman 12 point
• Abstract text: Times New Roman 12 point, single spaced

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster presentations should fit within a maximum size of 120 x 120 cm

Poster boards and pins will be provided. Authors are free to use any format desired, as long as the poster fits within the size limits given.
