You get to use programs with funny names

• Some of these are easy to install: sudo apt-get install samtools
• Some are hard to install: blasr
• Some of these are easy to use: muscle -in inseqs.fa -out outseqs.fa
• Some of these are hard to use: Circos (we'll see this one later)
