===== How to report a suspicious email =====

Please follow the reporting process described below:

  * Please send an e-mail to [[SPAM.ABUSE@wdc.usda.gov]], with CC to [[soc@ars.usda.gov]], reporting the questionable e-mail.

  * When sending this message, rather than performing a direct forward of the questionable e-mail, please create a new e-mail as described above, and include the questionable e-mail as an attachment.  In the “Include” section of the “Message” tab of Outlook’s ribbon bar, click the “Attach Item” icon,  then select “Outlook item”, then select the questionable e-mail from the resulting list of messages.
