SCAR markers

This page contains links to Microsoft Excel files of the SCAR markers.  Clicking on a link will download the file.

All_SCARs contains information on the testing of all the SCAR markers and correlates to the gel photos.

SCAR_primers contains the primer sequences of the SCAR markers (not included in the file above).

RAPD_conv_SCAR contains a list of SCAR markers and their primer sequences that were successfully converted from the RAPDs (these are polymorphic between G421 and H-19).
