Night and Weekend Parking

One dollar is the maximum cost to park in the cashier-operated section of any of the City of Madison's conveniently located parking ramps during each of the following periods:

6 pm to 5 am Monday-Friday

5 am Saturday to 5 am Sunday

5 am Sunday to 5 am Monday

Daytime rates for cashier-operated ramps are posted at the entrance to each ramp. (This rate is not valid at meters.)

Other Information

  • Meter rates vary and are posted on each meter.
  • Meters in lots and ramps are enforced 24 hours daily, 7 days per week.
  • Street meters are enforced 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday.
  • Information about rates, hours, and disabled parking are available by calling the Parking Division of the Department of Transportation at 266-4761 between 7:30 am and 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday.
