  $ sudo cpan Math::Random

Installation

1. $ cd /programinstallers/
2. $ wget -N http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/svdetection/Scripts/PE.pl.gz
3. $ wget -N http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/svdetection/Scripts/Preprocess_rm0to22.pl.gz
4. $ wget -N http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/svdetection/Scripts/Preprocess_rm_normal.pl.gz
5. $ wget -N http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/svdetection/Scripts/links.pl.gz
6. $ wget -N http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/svdetection/Scripts/README.txt
7. $ gunzip PE.pl.gz Preprocess_rm0to22.pl.gz Preprocess_rm_normal.pl.gz links.pl.gz
8. $ chmod +x PE.pl Preprocess_rm0to22.pl Preprocess_rm_normal.pl links.pl
9. $ mv PE.pl Preprocess_rm0to22.pl Preprocess_rm_normal.pl links.pl /usr/local/bin/
10. Copy documentation for web page
    $ mv README.txt /U:/simonlabweb/bioinformatics/programs/svdetection/
