Installation

1. Direct download page is http://www.megasoftware.net/megaccDirectDownload.php
2. $ cd /programinstallers/
3. $ sudo dpkg -i megacc_7.00-3_amd64.deb
   or
   $ sudo rpm -ivh megacc-7.00-2.x86_64.rpm
4. Create a launcher file: /usr/share/applications/Bioinformatics/megaproto.desktop

   #!/usr/bin/env xdg-open
   
   [Desktop Entry]
   Version=1.0
   Type=Application
   Terminal=false
   Exec=/usr/bin/megaproto
   Path=
   Name=MEGAproto
   Comment=Create .mao files for MEGA-CC
